Everything Old, Made New Again

It’s high season for “gifting.” This time of year, there’s a holiday for everyone, no matter what your taste, or “persuasion.” And what a coincidence – they all require the presentation of expensive “presents” to loved ones. Or so the retailers would have you think! Personally, I prefer to give “the gift of love,” when called upon to step up to the plate. At least I did, until I told my wife that once on our anniversary. ‘Tis the season to recount our failings and misdoings, to make amends for the things we are sorry we did, and to resolve to make it up to those we have wronged.
